Green Sunflower

Something new is growing in my small “home-made” greenhouses.

Sunflower!!!

There is an awesome way to fasten the germination period. I did it, and small sunflowers emerged

3 days

    after I’d planted them.

!!!!!

First of all I soaked the seeds in the water for 24 hours. After that I put it in to a small plastic cup filled with a soil (nothing special, just normal planting soil), and covered it up with a plastic wrap to create moist environment inside.

THAT’S IT!!! 🙂

    3 days!!! I’m so happy. Today I’ve got 5 sunflowers growing 🙂

Mary Ann, don’t forget to water the soil before you wrap it with the plastic wrap.
