being Polish means that the first thing in your young life it to learn how to cook potatoes IN MANY different ways. We eat a lot of them.lol
As a kid in my family we ate a lot of mashed potatoes and these days I really don’t like them so I try to remember all those potato dishes from my childhood that are not mashed potatoes 🙂
