Homemade pizza and a few more things…

Todays post is a mix of pictures from the last few days… Nothing specific. Random thoughts, in random order…

A few days ago I miss Jill’s SOOC – Yellow… but I saw that the linky is sitll open so yestarday during a walk I took a yellow shot…

and

and then, she {snapped}

This one is for today’s Black and White Wednesday.

What else do I have… !?

I think, yestarday’s home made pizza 🙂

Turned out really good.

  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 1.5 cups all purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons white sugar

Mix it all together. Kneed it. Cover and let it rise for an hour. Form the dough in 4 balls. Roll them into pizza crust shape… My shape is always crazy… It’s not round that’s for sure.

Bake it in 350 F for 3o minutes 🙂

Topping:

WHATEVER is in the fridge!!! And lots of cheese!!!!

YUMM!!!

The sauce:

  • 1 can (15oz) rosted chopped tomatoes
  • 1 can (6oz) tomatoe paste (rosted garlic)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • basil,
  • peper
  • chopped selery (how much you want)

mix it, bring to a boil, then simmer on very low for about 45 minutes. great for pasta sauce, too!

Extra YUMM 😉

She will admit!

I know I know, how could I feed my baby pizza?! Oh well… It was home made pizza with home made pizza sauce, with just a little of sugar and salt… at least she had her veggies… 😉

and look at her… she couldn’t stop eating…

From the begining I new that the bath will be sooo required after she’s done with dinner!!! So, we bathed… and we played a little, and half an hour after the dinner she was trying to eat a raw potato… SHE EATS EVERYTHING… AND SHE IS HUNGRY ALL THE TIME!!! What a kid.

Ah… and I’m gonna have some fresh home grown basil this year… Yeay!!!

and yellow zucchini 🙂

So far they are doing great… But shhhh… Plants don’t like to be prized… 😉

As long as she can chew it this grandma sees nothing wrong with pizza, especially if the amount of salt is controlled. She sure looks like she is enjoying it.
