Poultry Show

Yesterday we went to the Poultry Show in Fresno. What I saw there went beyond my imagination. Really.
I’d have never thought that there are so many sorts of poultry, and that people can get so crazy about it.
They wash, brush, and guard it like an apple of theirs eyes. AMAZING!!!

    The owner of this one got angry at me, because I throw a few pieces of sawdust at her rooster. I did it because he lay down, and hadn’t been moving almost at all. I thought that something is wrong with it. She (the owner) appeared from nowhere… saying that I should stop messing up her rooster!!!
    So… I stoped 🙂

      lol. I was making fun and waving my hand in fron of his eyes. It seemed like he doesn’t see well 🙂 His reactions at my hand were very late, like he SENSED something… It was really funny.

    OMG! Funny! I wish I had been there to see you getting yelled at for harrassing the roosters! These are crazy looking birds. Not a big fan of poultry…at least not as a pet to brush and bathe. Great photos!!!! Jo’s right…the first one looks like bigbird.

      Jay was ready to argue with this woman, because he didn’t see me “harrasing the rooster” … oh well 🙂 it was fun, though.
      Neither we are a big fans of poulty… We went there to meet Jay’s friend who had his chickens on display.
